So I went to the MAGIC show recently in Vegas. Not the kind with smoke and mirrors and rabbits being pulled out of hats…animal cruelty! The trade show that is held twice a year for trends in shoes, apparel, accessories, etc. Very cool stuff to see. I love the new trends that are coming this fall! I even got a sneak peak at the new Carlos by Carlos Santana shoe line. As usual, I fell in love with almost every style. From boots to shoes to booties, I can’t wait till they show up on shoes.com so I can purchase!!

Well that evening , the rep calls and invites us to the Carlos Santana concert at the Hard Rock! Faster than you can say Platform Pump I accept! Along with Terry, Annie, and Susan. We nosh at Nobu, and given the fact that it is Ash Wednesday and I can’t eat meat and I hate fish…I managed to eat more Tempura battered veggies than I thought humanly possible. Then we head to the concert. 10th row…that’s right! It was so good and he is so talented. Then….the show is coming to a close and our VP escorts us upstairs to a private room with our press passes…to meet Carlos himself!! It was Supernatural! So awesome. We had so much fun and it was a great experience. So now I think I need to buy even more Carlos shoes … I mean the guy needs support right?
